During my recent stay at Amadeus, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail that far exceeded my high expectations. One particularly memorable moment was when I misplaced my ID card; the staff promptly assisted me in locating it, displaying a level of care that's often lacking in high-end hotels. The heating and air conditioning in my room were perfectly adjusted, ensuring I enjoyed a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I was delighted to discover the terrace area, beautifully furnished and adorned with vibrant plants, providing a serene escape. the flat-screen TV and parquet flooring added a touch of elegance to my room, enhancing the overall warm atmosphere.
